So after all these weeks, my shipment was delivered to my house in Cape Town last Friday. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your effort, trouble and patience with me during this whole process. You always kept me calm, informed and took away the anxiety of the move and shipment organizing.

I just wanted to write to you to acknowledge the great job your crew did for us in helping us move house last week. The four lads, Ryan, Keith, Conrad and Jordan were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the different crews we met when we were unloading at Palmerston Road could not have been more helpful. I have to say all the lads we met made what is a pretty stressful time as easy as they possibly could and the standard of packing was excellent… The entire process from my first meeting with yourself to my dealings with Sinead in your office to the actual moving crew was excellent and is very much appreciated. Hopefully we won't be moving again too soon but we will definitely be in touch when we are.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to your company and especially Pat and Jason who delivered out things to us Saturday morning in Dublin. They were extremely helpful, very polite and cheerful, professional and made the whole thing really easy. They are excellent ambassadors for your company.

I wanted to say, your staff who came to Plassey House today were absolutely great, nothing was too much trouble and they took the 5.5m table in their stride!

The boys have left and my container is off to Canada via Cork & Rotterdam (the driver told me). As I mentioned on the phone, the guys were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they really helped to reduce my anxiety level and they were so professional & calm as they went about their business without a bother. At every stage they checked with me to make sure that the right items were packed and were efficient organising the packing. They left the appropriate pink sheets that I need for landing, all we need is for the container to arrive safely. Overall my experience from start to finish with Careline has been professional & stress free. An amazing achievement considering the life changing experience I have ahead of me. I will certainly be recommending the company to others contemplating a move.
